Hi, Name is Major.
I live in Overland Park, Kansas with my best fried Glenn Carney who writes this blog. I live with Glenn and his wife and their two sons. They tell me I’m just a dog, but I know am a labrador retriever – and that’s different.
Glenn has been learning and practicing in the field of information technology for more than 20 years. In that time he has worked as a developer, analyst, DBA, project manager, and lots of other things. Today Glenn is most interested in how people and organizations use information.
Glenn currently puts his passion for excellent design in systems, organizations, art and presentation of information to work as Director of Business Intelligence at CommunityAmerica Credit Union in Lenexa, Kansas and through his company Essex Technology.
His hobby is taking me to Shawnee Mission Dog Park. Occaisionaly he takes digital photos and turns wood on a lathe too.
Glenn has never been to the Grand Canyon, but he does hike a lot. Usually with me.
